Andy Bolton
Andy Bolton is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nordic Cold Chain Solutions. Andy has over three decades of successful leadership experience in Public and Private Equity owned entities. Prior to Nordic, he served as a Private Equity Executive Partner, focused on platform building within packaging. Previously, he was the President and CEO of PaperWorks Industries, and a Board Member of the American Forestry and Paper Association and the Paperboard and Packaging Council. Additionally, he held leadership positions at Crown Cork & Seal, Bemis, Alcan, Pechiney, and Baxter Healthcare, where he developed a deep understanding of the packaging and pharmaceutical industries.
Andy received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Keith Baechle
Keith Baechle is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, leveraging over 30 years of expertise in sales, sales management, and packaging design. With a specialization in cold chain and protective packaging applications, Keith has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Previously serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for over seven years, he demonstrated strategic planning, private equity, and corporate sales management skills. Keith’s deep understanding of the industry and consumer behavior, coupled with his commitment to excellence, continues to drive Nordic Cold Chain Solutions’ success as a leader in temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
Heather Trzaska
Heather is the Vice President of Human Resources at Nordic Cold Chain Solutions. She has extensive leadership experience and fosters collaboration across all business functions. Heather’s expertise in full-cycle recruiting, benefits management, and employee relations has significantly contributed to payroll administration, benefits optimization, and talent acquisition. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Holy Family University, as well as a Human Resource Certificate from Villanova University. Heather’s role as VP higlights her proficiency in driving HR initiatives and talent development, making her an indispensable leader within the organization.
Tom Bell
Thomas Bell is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in FP&A, Manufacturing, and Private Equity. Currently serving as the CFO and Secretary at Nordic Cold Chain Solutions for over 5 years, Tom plays a crucial role in the company’s financial strategy and success. With expertise in financial planning and analysis, process improvement, team building, and strategic planning, he has contributed to the growth of various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, electronics, and industrial gas. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University and has excelled in complex financial modeling and insightful analysis. His leadership and financial acumen drive Nordic Cold Chain Solutions’ financial excellence.
Ben Shore
Ben Shore is the Chief Product Officer at Nordic Cold Chain Solutions. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of Minus Works Inc. At Minus Works, Ben drove the company’s strategic vision, which focused on reimagining the coolant industry. He brought several new, sustainable product innovations and novel freezing and processing technologies to market. Before Minus Works, Ben was a Senior Vice President at Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE), overseeing business development, product, and marketing for aerospace composite materials applications. Ben received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Tufts University.
Ken Tutin
Ken Tutin is the Vice President of Manufacturing at Nordic Cold Chain Solutions. Ken brings a wealth of experience and expertise in operational management, strategic planning, and executive leadership that will significantly benefit the company.
Before Nordic, Ken served as VP of Business Support at Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. He led initiatives that drove growth, improved efficiency, and fostered a dynamic working environment. Ken has excelled in various leadership positions, including overseeing EH&S, continuous improvement, and general management responsibilities. He has successfully led initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance employee engagement, and achieve operational excellence across diverse manufacturing environments.
With a Master of Business Operational Excellence from Ohio State University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Toyota Kata, Ken brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will play a crucial role in our company’s growth and innovation.
