For smaller shipments with a short shipping duration, insulated mailers are a lightweight, freight-saving option. These mailers are durable and are designed with a spacious payload chamber for your temperature-sensitive products. Our insulated mailers are ideal for medical samples, food, and other perishables.

Nordic Cold Chain Solutions offers three different types of insulated mailers. We offer reflective bubble mailers, recycled cotton mailers, and mailers made from foam expansion material. All of our insulated mailers contain a nylon or poly barrier to prevent odor transfer, and they are leak resistant. For added insulation, these mailers can be used with an additional refrigerant.

Our reflective bubble mailers are best for 1–2-day shipments of medical samples, food, and other perishables with a temperature range from ambient to frozen. These mailers can keep your products protected and cold because the outer foil layer reflects radiant heat and the bubble interior prevents heat transfer. These mailers also have a protective cushioning for fragile products. These mailers come as small as 4 x 5 to as large as 23 x 18.

Our cotton and expansion insulated mailers provide excellent protection for fragile and perishable products. These mailers reduce heat transfer as well. They work best for 1–2-day shipments of food products, medical samples, and other perishable items, such as makeup. The temperature range of these mailers is from ambient to frozen. Not only do these insulated mailers save storage and shipping space when compared to rigid foam packaging materials, but they also are recyclable.
